At XSP, we believe in a personalized approach to servicing our clients. Each client is designated an XSP Primary Support Team – which consists of an Account Relationship Manager, Senior Project Manager, Implementation Specialist and Business Analyst – dedicated exclusively to the timely response of critical issues, triage of issues, determination of potential maintenance problems and business user support for configuration issues.

Your Account Relationship Manager is your initial point of contact and works closely with the other members of your XSP Primary Support Team as well as other internal resources to ensure that you get the most out of your XSP Corporate Actions solution, making you more effective and efficient.
